USDC News -

Visa Inc. is launching a pilot program to accelerate payments for digital creators and gig workers using USDC stablecoins. The initiative enables businesses to send USDC directly to recipients' crypto wallets, with automatic fiat-to-stablecoin conversion handled behind the scenes. Focused on markets with underdeveloped banking infrastructure or unstable national currencies, the solution aims to revolutionize cross-border money movement.

Building on Visa's previous stablecoin trials, this program introduces direct wallet-to-wallet transfers with on-chain transaction recording. The hybrid approach combines blockchain transparency with the speed of digital asset settlements. Early-stage testing involves select partners, with a full commercial rollout targeted for 2026.
